Another one bites the dust!...

Two weeks ago Bernice, another of Madam Lash's Minions, sent me a flyer on FB for Singleton Triathlon Club's, of which Madam Lash is a member,  very first annual Fun Run, and asked would I be doing it.

Mish goes to America...

As we all know, Mish is taking her amazing 12WBT program to the good old US of A.

Getting back into it ~ or ~ New Shoes and a HRM...

After being crook for so long, and not being able to train, or even go for a decent walk while at the farm I decided to treat myself with a new pair of shoes.
